  1. Soak the bamboo skewers in bloodless water for one hour.
  2. cut the bird into sixteen equal-sized cubes, pat dry and marinate with the Marinade substances for 30 minutes.
  3. Thread 4 pieces of the chicken meat onto a skewer. Repeat the equal and make 4 skewers. Set aside.
  4. fire up your out of doors grill (or indoor grill) and grill the chicken till cooked. whilst grilling, brush the fowl with olive oil. Serve hot with ranch dressing.
